My process is less handoff and more feedback loop.
Frame the question, talk to people, read what already exists.
Sketch, flow, prototype — usually in code earlier than expected.
Implementation exposes UX problems a mockup never will.
Real use sends the whole thing around the loop again.
Research influences design → design influences implementation.Implementation exposes new UX problems → testing sends it around again.
